It was the grammys.... HEELLLOOOOO, she is supposed to look formal and dignified, sort of like a black tie event. I love Miley A LOT but her dress doesnt really fit her, I mean maybe its the style (one that I dont know) but she kinda looks all over the place, like its gonna fall off her....
But Selena's fits her body and gives her a sexy, older look.... However, she has dressed better, its not her best look
