I agree kim looks rediculous right now since shes obviously had lots of things done in the last 2 years! Heidi montag's sergery dosent actually look that bad now but kim looks like a blow up doll haha.

Im sorry but kim has obviously had a massave amount of plastic surgery and cosmetic prosedures, if you look at pictures of her from 3 years ago she looks like a totally different person, shes gone from looking like kim kardashian to a heidi montag wannabe but to be honest, heidi looks alot better, out of the kardashian sisters she used to be the pretty one but shes ruined herself in my eyes shes now the ugly one!!! At least heidi montag and jwow are honest and own up to it, hers is one of the most obvious cases of plastic and cosmetic sergery ive ever seen and she keeps denying it, people would respect her alot more if she manned up.
