Please pardon me, but that picture could have been of any guy and a girl smooching. To give the benefit of the doubt,if girlfriend Michelle was kissing Justin Bieber for real, maybe it would have led to another level if it was not behind a hotel. If a guy have true desires for a young woman, it does not have to be kept out of the public's eye. Justin was with Selena on a yacht and in full view of the paparazzi,if this is Justin with Hotel Michelle, evidently she ended up being just a 1 hit wonder.
