Jaime Pressly Arrested For DUI
My Name Is Earl actress Jaime Pressly was arrested late Wednesday night for suspicion of driving under the influence, law enforcement sources say.
She was snared in Santa Monica at around 11 p.m. The cops took notice of her after she allegedly committed a traffic violation and stopped the car.
A field sobriety test was performed and Jaime was arrested on suspicion of DUI. The actress was held on $15,000 bail - triple the normal amount.

There were no drugs in Jaime's car. No children were present in the car and there was no accident. The reason for the high bail? Looks like high BAC.
It has not been confirmed, but the other circumstance in which bail is set at $15,000 is when the driver's blood-alcohol level is higher than .15.
Is it that hard to call a cab? Yeesh.

I hope this is a fluke and it all works out. I loved her character portrayal on "Earl".

Kinda scary looking here. Not sure if it's all just booze going on. Looks a little tweeked to me.
