Gerry Rafferty Passes Away

Scottish rocker Gerry Rafferty has died at the age of 63.

The founder of the band Stealers Wheel died in his home after a long illness, the UK's Guardian reports. He died peacefully with his daughter Martha by his side.

Rafferty was perhaps best known for his hit single, "Stuck in the Middle with You," as well as the hits "Baker Street" and "Right Down the Line" from the 1970s.

Despite the hit songs, Rafferty kept a low profile in recent years. His last album was released in 2000 and he endured struggles with alcohol over the years.
