Dr. Conrad Murray Pleads Not Guilty, Proclaims "I Am An Innocent Man!"

As expected, Dr. Conrad Murray was ordered to stand trial on charges of involuntary manslaughter stemming from the June 2009 death of Michael Jackson.

Also as expected, Murray pleaded not guilty today telling the judge, "Your honor, I am an innocent man." He then added, "I therefore plead not guilty."

Judge Michael Pastor ruled earlier this month that there is ample evidence to force Murray to be tried. Today's brief arraignment is part of the process.

The trial date is set for March 28. Here's Murray in court today ...

Well from reading information about Michael Jackson it seems to me like he was a drug pusher and took whatever he can get his hands on. The DR should have been trying to wean him slowly off certain medications. In this case i think it was not this DR's fault. I think Michael was over medicating him self behind his Dr's back and not telling the full truth. He should have seeked into rehab in stead of going on this big tour and focused more on his addiction.

I worked in medicine for 27 years and I can tell you that doctors do not purposely killed their patients. In this case that is like killing the Golden Goose. He had nothing to gain by killing Michael I believe him Not quilty.

just had a procedure done yesterday where this type of anesthesia was used under close supervision. How dare you allow anyone to talk you into using this at home, as a physician, you knew the risk involved therefore GUILTY !
