To everyone who believes that he should never be given a break and he will always be a bad guy, Have you ever done something ecspecially when you were young that you wish you didn't and when called on it, you took the responsibility to handle it but the public or even a next door neighbor believes you will never change and this indiscretion follows you around like a bad smell. Don't you think that everyone deserves the chance to change and be a better person because of it. Please understand that I know that you may have certain feelings about the act itself but people do change and we, as a society have to have faith that they will and if they don't, then we should realize that there is a pattern here. And he's young too!!!!!!!!

First of all, I wish that all batterers, male and female alike, would be forced to take and do what Chris has completed, but I still think it would be extremely uncomfortable for Rihanna for him to be near her.

Maybe not.

Ask her, then proceed based on her answer, which is what I think the judge is doing.

Domestic violence will never end as long as the whole truth about it is misrepresented to comply with feminist ideology. V.P. Biden recently called violence against women, "the very worst abuse." The very worst abuse is valuing one life less than another for having been born the wrong gender. Under domestic violence law, the wrong gender is men. Shelter and services are virtually non-existent for male victims of domestic violence. Options out of a bad relationship, that women have, are often not available to men. Men wind up gender profiled and falsely accused by the taxpayer funded, domestic violence industry, because of gender feminist ideology controlling the d.v. industry. Men are often battered by domestic violence, and then battered again by the taxpayer funded, domestic violence industry as shown in "Los Misandry" at Youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SAmOxvudpF8

Why should she have to endure the additional risk just because of his choices and actions? Regardless of his cleaned up behavior, she should not have to risk being near him. He made the choices to hurt her. Going to therapy does not change that, and it doesn't change the fact that what he did and it doesn't undo the consequences. I believe the order should stay in place and I believe his request to have it removed is insulting to victims of domestic violence.

this man is disgusting. i don't care how many hours of community service he does or hours of counseling he gets it will never erase the pictures/memories of what he did. I for one don't think he will ever change. you can always pretend to and act the part but he will always be a woman beater. if her lawyer has any sense she won't allow the changes to be made.
