Teena Marie Passes Away at 54

Teena Marie, a R&B singer best known hits such as "Lovergirl" and "I'm a Sucker for Your Love," has passed away. She was 54.

The Grammy-nominated artist was found dead yesterday in her Pasadena home by her daughter. Police say she most likely succumbed to natural causes.

Current stars have already reacted to this sudden death. Tweeted Diddy: "R.I.P Teena Marie. God Bless. Damn I just saw her the other day."

Mary J. Blige, meanwhile, added: "Rest in peace Teena Marie. My Love for u is forever." Our thoughts go out to this singer's friends and family.

Soooo glad i was able to see you this summer (@ The Dell East,) tear ish up to SMITHERINES, note for note just as i expected.....
