Mark Zuckerberg Named Time Person of the Year
Mark Zuckerberg has beaten out an assortment of trapped miners, a group of bitter voters and a shady Internet activist for the title of Time's Person of the Year.
Handed out since 1927, this honor is described by the magazine as the individual who "has done the most to change the news, for better or worse." Past recipients have ranged from Adolf Hitler to The Computer to Bill Clinton.

I have to agree with monkey! I hate facebook. It's boring and annoying. I've never looked up to kim kardashian, much less even care about her. WHAT THE HELL DID SHE DO? WHY IS SHE FAMOUS!?

Tell me that reality stars in this country have that much influence over our society - i sure as he!! hope not! BTW - even Bill Gates can be condemned for what he did with Apple (think adaptation of GUI interface...) Love him or hate him he was also a he!! of an entrepreneur.

How did this guy change the world?
All he did was take Myspace change the fonts and renamed it Facebook. I guess the older out-of-touch writers at Time actually thought that he invented something.
