It's a Girl for Constantine Maroulis!

Christmas came a couple days early for former American Idol contestant Constantine Maroulis.

The Broadway star and girlfriend Angel Reed, both of whom appear in Rock of Ages, welcomed daughter Malena James into the world last night. The first child for both, she weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces.

"Angel and I are thrilled to welcome our perfect baby girl into the world today," Constantine said. "Mom and baby are healthy and I couldn't be more excited to ring in 2011 this way."
