This may have been questionable when initial reports simply said the pair had been spotted out a couple times. But that was definitely Jogia making out with Miley at her birthday party over the weekend, as the photo on the bottom left was taken of the young actor at the bash:

- His full name is Avan Tudor Jogia.
- He's an Aquarius.

I dnt think avan really loves miley but i bet u he loves victoria.see the way they kissed in victorious wow its love. Avan is hot, handsome,miley is also pretty and victoria is gorgeous and guys quite calling miley a slut.
victoria justice would have nere posted that she would put all her info like that and so what if mily and him are dateing i don't like it but it's their choose.Don't be mad at me but if they got pg. they would tell like this but soon are later if victoria was pg. she would be the one telling it well not this way any way.
