For once l actually agree with blaize,Miley was probably just being a teenager (even though some people would like to believe that she is all grown up)....If this story is true then Tish is the problem...people go on about gender balances but imagine if the situation was reversed and the mother wasn't supported by the father when disciplining their children?? How would that have gone? Blaize is always going on about double standards between boys and girls isn't this a similar situation? Tish should respect her husband and anyway if Miley becomes like Lilo one day (JUST AN EXAMPLE) she will blame her mom and realize her dad was right all along. But putting the fault of their marriage on their 17 year old daughter?? Now that's douchebaggery... if Billy snapped at something like this he must have been steaming up for a really long tym!!

@Stephanie:no kid or teen is perfect. They all get in trouble with their parents at some point and they all misbehave at some point. None of us like being grounded and most of us give attitude at some point. You're so quick to assume that this makes Miley a spoiled brat when really it makes her just like the rest of us. If you think one incident makes a teen a spoiled brat then you must be from some other dimension where teens and kids are innocent angels. Even good girl Selena Gomez admits that she's disobeyed and flipped out on her mom before. from the sounds of it miley is behaving like a spoilt brat. She should be thankful that she has a father who cares enough to ground her! And even more miley should respect her father for his decision & the mother should not have done what she did. At the end of the day miley needs to grow up & she can't do that if her mum is always going to bail her out. Every action has a consequence and too many kids nowadays don't think about the consequences. Billy Ray married Tish because she was pregnant. She already had two children by other people, and Billy Ray adopted them, took in her mother, etc. No one had ever heard of Tish until BRC married her. The whole Cyrus family is GREAT--I've sat in church with all of them--down to the smallest one, and BRC participates in church activities, etc. So, don't believe any trash you hear about Miley--she has had a very spiritual upbringing, and she doesn's desserve all the negative gossip.
