Heidi's cheek looks puffy and weird in this photo. I feel bad for her. It looks like her doctor really messed up one of her cheeks. I've seen her cheek look puffy in other photos. I wonder if the plastic surgeon accidentally cut a nerve or something. Maybe she can get corrective surgery to de-puff the cheek.
