You know...where are the authorities? Really? I mean, this little girl needs some stability! She needs to be with Gary (he apparently is the least of her worries...he seems to love her and be a good dad). I think Amber may have Bi-Polar disorder but still she needs some serious help with it and she need not be near that baby until she can prove she is on medication, is seeing a therapist (preferably a Psychologist), and is in a long term behavioral program. She doesn't seem to know what she is doing...this should be about that little girl...not Gary Shirley, Not Amber Portwood but about little Leah. Geez...how hard IS THAT.
