Mother of Bethenny Frankel to Daughter: LIAR!
Bethenny Frankel has described her childhood as marred by alcohol, violence and eating disorders. She's uses this background to garner sympathy from the public.
There's just one problem, according to the reality TV star's mother: most of it isn't true.
In an interview with Radar Online, Bernadette Birk says: "She did not come from a broken home and her father did not leave her at four years old. I left her father when she was two years old and he did not support us with one penny, no alimony."
Birk admits to being "sick" over Bethenny's lies and adds:
"She went to visit her father for the first time at 15 years old. It was the same time she is now claiming she started drinking and doing drugs. I was never aware she was doing this. Even though she is bad mouthing her father she was always after his affection."
When was the last time Birk saw Frankel? 10 years ago, "when she borrowed my car and then demolished it and she left it in her boyfriend's lot and it got stripped. I called her to tell her and she started yelling at me and hung up... we have never spoken since."
This isn't the first time Bethenny's mom has called out her child for misleading fans. Is it possible to even take a side in this feud? Or can we consider them both losers?

Bethenny is a mess, admittedly, but she's real, she honest and most people who write dribble like this about her are just HATERS (HI HATERS!!!) You who want to hate on her are just JEALOUS. She rich, successful, likeable, so blow it out your butt HATERS!!!

Bethenny's mother is a jealous wicked gold digging witch. She went from one man to another for money. Now she is bitter because she ruined any chance at the biggest pot of gold by mistreating, as a child, the goose that laid the golden egg. Bethenny earned success and wealth beyond mom's wildest dreams and mom has no shot at it. HA! Now mom has to stoop to bashing ther daughter on supermarket rags....her own daughter! This is one selfish bitch. She failed as a mother; Bethenny succeeded IN SPITE OF HER MOTHER. I endured a similar childhood. My advice to moms is: when we grow up, we do not forget the mistreatment. I just read Bethenny's book. How any of you can judge her is astonishing. I can identify with Bethenny up-bringing. For you assholes to say that she is exploiting her parents, you're wrong! She's bringing her experiences to light which is a totally different thing. Yes, it is taboo to write a book or make public statements about your family and their dysfunction (and naturally her mom will dispute them- hello no one wants to own up to decades of mistakes, alcoholism, or bulimia), but it is so refreshing for people like myself who have suffered from the same type of dysfunction. Not everyone grows up with two parents, a picket fence, and stable environment. I was also abandoned by my father who harbored negative memories from my mother and enjoyed success more than parenting. Celebrities like Bethenny have made me feel okay with myself again. Whether you think she's a slut or a bitch is your own opinion. I personally don't agree with all of her past (drugs, etc.) BUT I will say she is a

i saw the real bethany up close this weekend. at her skinnygirl party, she was having pics with all kinds of people - when i went up to her and asked for a pic, she called her bodyguard. I was shocked, humiliated and dumbfounded. its ok to have pics with men, but no women please - in case she's not the absolute center of attention. she sucks.

I Think that anyone that uses a screwed up background to gain sympathy from viewers is pathetic. I mean how stupid are you? You have your mother alive and you don't think that she will have something to say about being slandered? If she were so traumatized from an alcoholic background and childhood she wouldn't be peddling a Alcoholic Drink as her choice in means to make money...I think that she was just this desperate woman that saw she was on the wrong side of 30 and was racing a clock to get married and have a baby...She's Pathetic her show lame...she was much more entertaining on Housewives

I believe Bethenny, Jill and Amarosa? They have no room to talk, their problem is that Bethenny could out maneuver them... And that says alot... Jill has alot of nerve calling ANYONE else an attention whore... big on dishing it out... but cant take it herself.. and Amarosa,,, a distant memory.

Not the other sandy. I beleieve B. I don't think that pain is made up. As long as she is managing her alcolol big deal. I like her new husband but I think he pushes the Iam normal you are not digs too much. They remind of a insecure man. I think he loves her but I think he needeles her too much.
