Lisa Rinna: Why I Deflated My Lips

"I no longer wanted my lips to be what defines me."

So said Lisa Rinna on Today this morning, as the actress explained what prompted her to undergo a procedure recently that reduced the size of her famous puckers.

"I never had thought that you could do anything about it," she said of her 1986 surgery. "You have silicone put in, that's it, it's permanent."

Soon after learning she could reverse the process, though, Rinna - who stars in TVLand's upcoming reality show Harry Loves Lisa, with husband Harry Hamlin - just went for it.

"It doesn't matter what other people think," she says. "I did it for myself."

    Her lips looked absurd enlarged. We always though she had a repaired cleft palate and that's why it looked like that. God bless. RB

    Wauw, great sucking lips. But her face is not that nice anymore. But for a one night stand those lips look nice. But don't want to have that as a longtime girlfriend. All those other man looking at those lips all day.

    LISA HAD MORE DONE THAT JUST THE LIPS. SHE HAD THE WHOLE FACE DONE, IT IS SO SMOOTH. THE LIPS RE CERTAINLY MUCH BETTER THAN THE LIVER LIPS SHE HAD. TOP LIP WAS RIGHT UNDER THE NOSTRILS.NEAR HER CHIN THERE WAS THIS BIG LINE AND BINGO IT IS GONE NOW.

    The real reason why she did it is because she would like some work and casting directors aren't exactly looking for fish people.
