The Indiana native barely even remembers hitting Gary Shirley, occasional fiance and father of her daughter, Leah. But the consequences haunt her just the same.

Law enforcement began an investigation after September 28's Teen Mom.
A local official said after the incident, “We have an ongoing assessment with regard to the family of Amber Portwood, and we continue to work on this matter.”
Amber, who says she hasn't hit Gary in weeks (baby steps, people, baby steps), “is freaking out over the possibility she could lose her baby,” says an insider.

Amber portwood is the laziest person for her age that i have ever seen. Too lazy to change a diaper with out complaining. She needs to give up her child so she can have a loving energetic mother that will give her daughter all the love ,kindness and patience that a growing child deserves and needs. The last thing this world needs is another child brought up in a welfare home with unstable parents or parent. If u love her think not of yourself...but what every raised voice and selfish act is doing to someone u love. Unclean homes and poverty as well as violence. U are too unstable to raise a child. Ur ugly inside. Is that How u want leah to be. She will if u don't walk away. I beleive the choice has been made up already. It will look better in leahs eyes if u do it first out of love. And keep ur legs closed until u mature and can pay to raise a child the right way. Think of someone besides urself for more than 1 second if that is possible. Hope u lose custody u evil thing!

im sorry but Amber needs some serious help i was a teen mom to and i never acted like that i busted my ass to graduate high school and worked 2 jobs to support my son because he loser ass father was never there and still is not, i think Amber and Gary need help, but i defiantly think Leah is better off with Gary then Amber i do not think she is safe with Amber. For all the people who want to put down teen moms not all teen moms are irresponsible and act like fools there are great teen moms.So until u are in the situtation u have no judgement. Im 31 now and have 5 beautifull kids and my son has had a real man in his life since he was 3 my hubby and then we have 4 together and we have been happily married for 7yrs and i still bust my ass everyday to make sure they have food,clothes,and a clean house.
I don't think Amber deserves to have custody of Leah, nor do I think Gary should either. They both are extremely unstable and don't deserve to have the privlage of having a baby girl. Amber is loud, abusive, stubborn and is now dating a ex convict. Whom should not be changing her babies diaper. Gary is broke, lives with his mom, a total jerk and needs to grow up.
First of all I can't see how he would ask to marry her 3 times and she turns around and do the same thing. It's crazy how she always try to turn it around on him and all he do is sit there and take the abuse. I would have left that heffa a long time ago and would of came back for my daughter.She is so messy with clothes all over the place, she is just nasty! The only time u see her place clean is when someone else clean it. She needs to grow up and take care of her business. There's no excuse, I was a mother living with my mother but u know what before my son was one years old i moved out of NY and moved to DC and got my own place.Gods not going to give u more then u can handle, But it's so clear that u can't be a mother right now.
