Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag sure are going all-out in their latest ruse.

The gruesome twosome was spotted at her private villa by paparazzi pretending to look surprised at being spotted by paparazzi in Costa Rica this week!

Under the terms of their bogus divorce, Speidi has joint custody of their four dogs. A shirtless Spencer Pratt was seen delivering two of those canines ...

Carrying the other two dogs, Heidi emerged wearing a short purple dress and bandages on her nose, fueling rumors that she got more plastic surgery.

Which would make sense. Does Heidi Montag really expect us to believe she's living in seclusion in Costa Rica to "find herself"? This is beyond fishy.

As for Spencer's presence in C.R., he claims he's trying win Heidi back, lest he be forced to sell their alleged homemade porn escapades for millions.

Vivid called that sex tape bluff, however. Time will tell if it's real, or if they're even getting divorced. What do you think? Does the sex tape exist?
