The French actor, who famously filmed numerous sex scenes with Diane Lane in Unfaithful, has been spotted getting VERY cozy with newly-single Halle Berry. The pair were seen kissing and hugging in Paris over the weekend.

"They had their arms around each other as they walked," a witness told People. "They were both smiling and laughing Their body language was very flirtatious. They definitely seemed like a couple – absolutely looked like more than friends."

Sources say the two dined at Casa Bini restaurant on Sunday night and then made out for two minutes on the sidewalk afterward.

Berry ended a long relationship with Gabriel Aubry in April, though the two remain committed to raising daughter Nahla together. Martinez has dated Juliette Binoche, Mira Sorvino and Kylie Minogue.
