Justin Bieber in Hot (Balloon) Water

It's easy to forget that Justin Bieber is only 16 years old.

But the singer finally acted his age earlier this week, though he did it in a soggy, scandalous manner.

According to a Maryland state police spokesperson, the cute musician was "horsing around with members of his staff" outside his trailer prior to a concert on Sunay. The group was tossing around water balloons and - oops! - two of them hit a pair of troopers.

One dangerously nailed an officer's gun belt before it burst, while another knocked off a trooper's chest.

Fortunately, the cops did not file an incident report and no further action will be taken.

Justin may need to find other avenues for mischief. We recommend another dance-off against Shaquille O'Neal.
