Danielle Staub to be "Destroyed" by Kevin Maher on October 5

So promises Kevin Maher, this reality star's ex-husband who has sued her for defamation of character because Staub has accused him of such acts as raping her on a bed of broken glass and sticking a loaded gun up her vagina.
Following Staub's hilarious motion in a pre-trial hearing on Tuesday - where she asked a judge to exclude "any evidence that the Defendant was a prostitute, or a stripper, or is promiscuous, or has been featured in sex tapes" - Maher has fired back and let the world know just what he plans to expose about this certified nut job.
"Since this woman put these serious rape and molestation charges against me, [information about her past] is relevant... What this woman has done to me... I can't even describe how she has ruined my life. She's without conscience," Maher told E! News.
But with her very own new series, sadly.
Maher refers to his ex as a "pathological liar" and says he's looking forward to October 5, the day on which Danielle will give her deposition."She's been ducking and hiding from her deposition since this lawsuit has been filed," said Maher. "October 5 will be the worst day of her life, when she is confronted under oath with all her lies. She's going to be destroyed."

Yes, Danielle is crazy...but so is Maher ! Birds of a feather! Anyone who listens to Maher has to realize he is a pathological liar too ! He has done this before..he sees an opportunity for 15 minutes of fame and dives head first. One can only hope she retaliates and sues him for what ever pennies he has.

Where was this guy Maher 2 or 3 years ago before RHONJ? All of a sudden he's all over slamming Danielle Staub. If she is / was such a bad person then what was he doing with her and why did he marry her? Maybe he's a bad person too? My guess is that the truth has been twisted to make everything more spectacular so that The Book gets enough publicity for Hollywood to make a fat money offer to Maher. As for that Caroline Manzo, she said so many times on the RHONJ that she and Danielle NEVER spoke - NEVER. It even came up during their face to face confrontation when Caroline met with Danielle over the Ashley Holmes assault. Caroline herself confirmed that she and Danielle NEVER spoke. Yet Caroline has all of these stories to tell Maher's lawyer regarding things that Danielle said about Maher. As Judge Judy would say - if it does not make sense it's not true...
