If Office Space quotes have told us anything, it's that for our money, it does not get much better than when Michael Bolton sings "When a Man Loves a Woman."
It gets way better than watching Michael Bolton dance, though.
Mike got the boot from Dancing With the Stars Tuesday night after turning in a 12 (12!) Monday. Even with DWTS' unpredictability, there was no way he'd last.
Michael Bolton was sent to the doghouse by voters. For good.
Before we learned the bottom two - Bolton and The Situation - Brooke Burke talked to Michael about his hilariously bad jive. The best route would have been to joke about it, but he called judge Bruno Toniolo "inappropriate and disrespectful."
Come on, Mike. That's what Bruno does. If you look like (pardon the Office Space reference again) a no-talent ass clown, he will say so. Just run with it, man.
No need to act like a stoically-calm serial killer up there. We're kinda creeped. After undeservingly landing in the bottom two last week, Kyle Massey and Lacey Schwimmer were the first to learn they were safe after Monday's performances.
Florence Henderson and Corky Ballas are safe, as are Mark Ballas and Bristol Palin, whose mom may or may not have been booed on Dancing With the Stars.
Audrina Patridge and Tony Dovolani are also safe "apart from some leg hairs." Of course, Monday's top scorers Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough are fine too.
Kurt Warner and Anna Trebunskaya are safe, Margaret Cho and Louis Van Amstel are too, Rick Fox and Cheryl Burke. Brandy and Maks are off the hook.
Bolton followed fellow middle aged hunk David Hasselhoff out the door. It's probably for the best. There was no time, love or tenderness about that jive.
Do you agree with America's decision to pack Mike's bags? Who are you rooting for on DWTS now with the Hoff and Bolton both gone?
