Adam Lambert Accused of Battery by Loser Cameraman
Looks like Adam Lambert did not take the advice we offered to Miley Cyrus this week.
Following that singer's tantrum at the sight of a paparazzo, THG said we understood how irritating those losers can be, but celebrities also must learn to expect such annoyances as part of the world in which they've chosen to live. The alternative is to give these parasites exactly what they are looking for: a story.
Lambert has learned this lesson the hard way, as the former American Idol finalist has been accused of battery.
The incident in question took place yesterday in Miami, as Adam attacked a photographer... who then filed a report with the Miami Beach police around 10:30 p.m.
In documents obtained by TMZ, the victim claims Adam grabbed his backpack "where the camera was placed" ... and "wrestled [the photog] to the ground forcefully." There were no visible marks of any kind on the cameraman.
Cops will review the evidence and then decide if the case is worth turning over to the State's Attorney, who could choose to prosecute Lambert on a misdemeanor battery charge that could lead to a year in prison.
The odds of this case getting anywhere near that far? About as high as Glenn Beck attending the Rally to Restore Sanity.
Following the confrontation, Lambert owned up to his actions on Twitter and wrote: "I lost my temper for a sec but wow it felt great lol... I attempted to grab a camera, no punches were thrown and no one was on the ground.... It was literally harmless. If embarrassment is a crime- thats all I'm guilty of."

TEAM ADAM FOR SO BAYBAY!! I worship this man.. how can I not take his side? even if I wasn't this OBSESSED with Adam I still would take his side.. and aby that was a horrible thing to say about Adam.. if you hate him so much why are you even looking at this stuff?

LOL Adam's face in the TMZ pic was too good to be true. I was laughing.....sorry. The headline should actually be "Adam Lambert Pwns Dweeb. Nobody Minds That Much." That's my own personal opinion...lol

aby::: You obviously don't know what your talking about. Adam is a wonderful, caring person. I have been to 3 of his concerts, and met him at the last one. He signed about a 1000 autographs, and spoke to and thanked everyone there. He is kind, sensitive and caring and so are his band members. He lets his fans take pics and video his concerts, and after the concert too. A great guy....needed a break for a day. You really don't know what went on there, or what the pap said to him and the group that was there. Great job ADAM, we all love you!!! Hope you at least got some R&R yesterday, you deserve it after the wonderful concerts you give. You are so amazing!! Keep up the good work. love ya, huggggz

aby, you're an idiot!!! bet you've never met the man, have you? thought so. i did on the 14th, and he is the most sweetest, warmest and lovingest guy you would ever meet. he is, after all a person like us all, almost 70 dates of touring, you don't you think Adam deserves an hour or 2 of freaking privacy?!?!?!? i mean, c'mon, he has NOT a problem with pictures being taken of him, if that were the case, why you think at almost every show (even the 2 i went to) cameras were ALLOWED in the venues????? he tries sooo hard to make his fans happy. he is a wonderful man. and the kind of person he is, and the love and warmth that radiates from his body (when i met him) proves that to me, he ``IS`` a very BEAUTIFUL person. even celebrities deserve privite special times or a day off or 2. they have that right, and i believe that they have that right. just because a person is famous, does NOT give someone the right to deny them that right. there's a saying that goes, `there's a time and place for e
