Tiger Woods is moving to a location with probably the greatest concentration of VIP cocktail waitresses within in a three-mile radius in the whole country:

Downtown Manhattan!

The New York Post says the newly-divorced Tiges has already been "introducing himself" to neighbors and is relocating from Orlando to start anew in NYC.

Tiger Woods' divorce was finalized just last week.

The golf great became estranged from Elin Nordegren in the early morning hours after Thanksgiving last year, when his affair with Rachel Uchitel was revealed.

Numerous other sexual dalliances he had soon became public, leading to the demise of his marriage, pristine reputation and - at least in 2010 - his career.

Now that the divorce is a done deal (he and Elin will share parenting duties of Sam, 3, and Charlie, 18 months) Tiger will likely get his swagger back.

"We are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness will always be, of paramount importance to both of us," the pair said in a statement. "The weeks and months ahead will not be easy for them as we adjust to a new situation."

Elin Nordegren will reportedly spend time in both the family's Florida home and in her native Sweden: the $3 million seaside estate she purchased in 2009 on the country's west coast is currently undergoing renovations.

She is reportedly opening a mental health center as well.
