Barbara, ... you seem to be suffering from jealousy and envy. What have you done for your country lately?

How much publicity, money and time are we going to waste on negativity. Sarah Palin should never be quoted. Who the hell is she? At the most, an amatuer commedienne that should be playing to an audience in a behaviorial wing, at a hospital, in another country!!! please please stop giving her the chance to be a prom queen. She spits hate, she's not attractive, her voice sounds like a cartoon, lacks any kind of class, has no culture and last but certainly not least, she's really a stupid woman

Crystal I won't stoop to your level and call you the name that you deserve to be called. YOU,LAURA S.,SARAH PALIN and others like you are to IGNORANT and full of HATE to understand that what goes around, comes around. All of the HATE that you are spreading will come back and SLAP you in the face when you least expect it. So laugh it up honey, because I can guarantee you when KARMA comes knocking, it's not going to be funny!

Well then Ronnie, let's just pick a word that's only allowable to be used by caucasian people. Let's see.........yeah.....let's make the word......."rights". From now on any black person caught saying the word "rights" will "get a good old fashion a** kicking!! Plain and simple!!!" Now that sounds like EQUAL RIGHTS to me. And I'm caucasian, so it was OK for me to say it. I know all the above is asinine, I just wanted to show how stupid your thinking really is.

Bottom line is whether or not that is a word that African Americans use as a term of endearment, or rappers use for whatever reason, non African Americans can not say that word. If I say it to my friends there is going to be laughter. If a white person comes up and says that word he/she is gonna get a good old fashion a** kicking!! Plain and simple!!!

The NAACP decreed that the "N" word be buried. If so, why do rappers, singers and comedians constantly use it? And if "Whitey" is chastized for using it, why arn't the "Blacks" equally chastized for using the Whitey word. Again, the double standard.

11. kat23 morgan says : "I am a Democrat and if anything "we liberals" support our Constitution..." Please affirm for me that you support the 2nd Amendment then, because the rest of the Democrats have tried their best to butcher it over the years. Here it is and is quoted "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." And kat....please note that "people" is not capitalized, as is Militia and State, and this means that "people" are meant exactly as that, that they are NOT the Militia and NOT the State, that the right to keep and bear arms is the RIGHT of the "people". Your damn party should learn how to read.

So if I am to understand Ms. Palin, African Americans are being "hypersensitive" about Dr. Laura. Is this the same person that was calling for the resignation of an elected official over the use of the word "retard." I am so sick of seeing her face and hearing her talk. She has become the poster child for everything that is racist and wrong with this nation. What scares me most is the large amount of people in this day and age that agree with her views. Instead of race taking a back seat since President Obama was elected, every bigot in the US has come out of hiding to spread their hatred. I thought Hitler and his views died with him!

Dr. Laura is understandably confused. African-Americans use the word as a very weird term of affection. Rappers use the word in songs. My daughter, married to an African-American, objected when she heard her husband's sister referring to the sister's own child as "My little n-----." Apparently it is charming and adorable when an African-American uses the term, but not anyone else. Dr. Laura did not use the term in a derogatory fashion, she merely said the word out loud rather than referring to it as the "N Word". Folks, make up your minds. If it's offensive in all contexts then African-Americans need to eliminate it from their own vocabularies.
