Remy Gonzalez Arrested for Sexual Assault
On the TLC reality show Cake Boss, Remy Gonzalez is one of the stars behind impressive dessert creations.
But there's nothing remotely impressive about the charges filed against this famous chef: he's been arrested for sexual assault against a minor.
Authorities confirm that Gonzalez has been sitting in a jail in Morris County, New Jersey since August 18, as bail is set at $300,000. TMZ reports the reality star is charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, criminal sexual contact, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Gonzalez is married to the the sister of the Cake Boss himself, Buddy Valastro, prompting a rep for TLC to say: "We support Buddy and the Valastro family during this very difficult and challenging time... and as this doesn't involve us, we will not be commenting any further."
