Lindsay Lohan: Pulled Over, Surprisingly Sober!

If Lindsay Lohan is looking to live a lower-key existence since leaving jail and rehab, she isn't helping the cause by driving a brand-new, $150,000 Maserati.

Or by failing to stop at red lights. But hey, she's sober!

The LAPD pulled over the troubled star after running a red light Sunday en route to the Chateau Marmont Hotel, the scene of many of her late-night antics.

Lindsay Lohan is all torn up ... but only in terms of fashion sense.

On probation after completing two weeks in jail and a few more in rehab, the star was trying to put some distance between her and the following paparazzi.

It worked, but she and BFF Eilat Anschel got some attention from the cops instead. Fortunately, she was let off with a warning and appeared totally sober.

Lohan must undergo random drug tests as a condition of her early release from rehab last week. She's done well so far, but there's zero margin for error.
