Lee DeWyze Announces Debut Album Release Date

With all the talk about the new season of American Idol and its new panel of judges (welcome, Steven Tyler!), Lee DeWyze has a message for fans:

Remember me?!?

The ninth season champion will release his debut album on November 16.

In between summer tour stops, DeWyze has been in the recording studio and says: "I've been very fortunate to be able to collaborate with some amazing songwriters on new songs over the past three months. I can't wait for everyone to hear my debut album."

Lee knocked off Crystal Bowerox, who has also signed a record deal, to take home the Idol crown.
