She said the word retard, who effing cares?? That is a term that has been thrown around for years and people need to cut her some slack. As for people with disabilities, they are no longer termed "mentally retarded" they are called persons with "exceptionalities." I am a high school teacher and I hear the words retarded and gay all the time.... those terms have generated into today's society as slang for "silly, stupid, etc etc"....they aren't meant to be offensive, and for those who take offense, you need to open your eyes and realize that there are a lot worse things going on out there than Jennifer Anniston calling herself a retard.
