One week after the tragic death of her plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, the reality star took a quick break from fabricating drama to discuss plastic surgery.

She has serious regrets about the approximately 274 operations she has, and reveals that perhaps size G boobs may have been a little extreme. It's possible.

Heidi says she is still in severe pain since getting the surgery nine months ago and her body has not gotten used to the boob job. We can't imagine why ...

"I have major anxiety about it. I was taking painkillers but they weren't working so I stopped. It hurt either way," says the fame whore and plastic princess.

Besides being unable to smile, hug her four dogs or wear anything but custom-made clothing have made the poor thing's daily life soooo freaking difficult.

"I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these," she says, despite doing it to herself. "It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life."

Heidi says she is currently shopping for a surgeon in South America, but worries that she'll be trapped in this cartoonish body forever after Dr. Ryan's death.

"I feel trapped in my own body," Heidi says, lamenting her lot in life. "There's just no fixing it. Dr. Frank Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything."

Fake chin up, Heidi. We're sure there's a shady doctor and TV crew somewhere who would love the chance to make you look normal again. Keep the faith.
