It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who is leaking the tapes - she is the one who has possession of them, and I would bet that Mel didn't know he was being taped. Not saying that he is right in what he is saying on those tapes, but we don't know what might have occurred to set him off - he certainly should not lose custody of his child because of his bad relationship with the mother - both of these people have bad karma all around them - he should never have cheated with this creature - she obviously is bad news and I wouldn't be surprised if she just wanted to get pregnant so she could get as much money as possible from him.
