Jason Peyton, Jennifer Aniston Stalker, Captured
NOTE: For once, this Jennifer Aniston news is actually true - and scary.
The actress has been granted a restraining order against Jason Peyton, a man arrested after prowling around her Hollywood Hills house last week.
He had a sharp object and duct tape with him at the time ... yikes.
Peyton was found on July 15, "laying-in-wait in a location he believes she frequents." Aniston's lawyer says he spent eight days trying to find her.
"Peyton is an obsessed, mentally ill, delusional stalker - with a history of violence and criminal stalking - who drove cross-country in his delusional 'mission' to locate and marry [Jen], with whom he believes he is in a relationship," court documents say.

The stalker was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold and must stay 100 yards away from her home, places of work, vehicles, employees and reps.
Peyton, who has been institutionalized before, has been ordered to take antipsychotic drugs but authorities say he stopped taking them in March.
He believes he's related to Oprah, Jay-Z, Jennifer Lopez, Courteney Cox, Bill and Melinda Gates, President George Bush (both) and Donald Trump.
LAPD's Threat Management Unit is involved in the case.
Sounds serious. Here's hoping Jen finds comfort in the arms of new boyfriend Chris Gartin, or in the fact that she's going to be a mom! Again!

keith i totally agree with you! and i would volunteer for her any minute!! o and hasbeen aniston.. GET A LIFE!!!! u don't have a single idea how many fans she have!!! A LOT!!! and A LOT MORE than stupid mangelina has!!! i hope Jen is ok, she doesn't deserve it :( :(

Wow there are some nasty comments on here - Jennifer Aniston doesn't deserve, nor does anyone else, to be stalked by some lunatic - as for HASBEEN ANISTON - do you know her personally? I think the majority of things that are written about most celebrities are made up - so you really should think about comments you make - you sound like a HASBEEN too. Hope nothing in your life goes wrong and that people talk about you so disrespectfully.

She is looking a bit rough. But the stalker thing is scary. And as much as I can't stand this woman..I hope this man is locked up. We have seen celebs hurt and killed by these idiots.
NOW to smut.. Why in the world is her new perfume called Jennifer Aniston.. that is just too lame.

I'd have someone (security) outside her home waiting on this guy to appear again, then make a citizens arrest. These stalkers are too freaky and will kill, if I was in LA I'd volunteer for Jen in a minute.

Restraining order? She should have someone stalk him with a 40 caliber restraining order. They come in a variety of styles - all guaranteed to end the problem.
