We've said in every post about him: It's NOT that he decided to leave, it's the self-serving, unprecedented, rude way in which he did so.

I don't understand what the big deal is. People change companies to advance in there careers all the time. People change schools to advance their future careers all the time. Thats what he did. Let him advance.
