The strange thing about all this, is that Miley does not behave like a child. She has been showing the world her crotch for a while now. She's wild, says and does what she wants. Why is it such a big deal now that someone else has posted a pic of her in revealing clothing?

I don't think that it's photoshopped, it looks like the dress is just a bit blown up on the side, it's not her hip. in any case, I'm on the fence about this. I think that Perez hilton is scum and he's quite obnoxious.. that being said, she is almost 18 and she isn't exactly "innocent" when it comes to photographs.. maybe it was an accident.. maybe it wasn't.. I think Perez should be charged with something though

Is it just me or does this photo seem a little off? The location of the legs don't look correct when you compare them to where her hips are. Photoshopped?

I dunno if it really counts as child porn - there is that grey area with non-sexual nudity - eg. nudist websites that show kids playing on the beach don't count as CP unless there is a sexual element to what they are doing apparently. Miley is just getting out of a car and flashing some apparently. Also its not like Perez is showing some little kids bits, she's less than a year away from 18 and living a grown up life. Still crass and wrong to make money off of photos like that though
