Since this is NOT A LEGAL MATTER I don't see why some people are pointing out that 'at least gaga is over 18 but Miley is 17.' 17 is not very different from 18 people. Besides, Miley is only 5 months away from 18 anyway. A 5 motnth age difference is not a big deal. Miley is a young adult experimenting with fashion. Get over it, prudes. You can't expect people to dress a certain way just because of their age. You can't tell the older pop stars that it's ok to dress however and then label the younger pop stars as bad influences for doing the same things. That is called HYPOCRISY.
