You think filmed therapy sessions can possibly be "real?!?!?!?!" I don't even know what to say about that.

Sorry to disagree with you, but this is real. I honestly believe Bethenny is honest and upfront. She knows she is a reality star and is just being her and is showing us the good, the bad and the neurotic. The problem with all the Housewives' series is the women try to hide their ego sides and show their (ahemm...) classy side. My daughter and I love the show because we see how Bethenny is trying to make her life work the way she wants it. But, as we are all learning sometimes we have to adjust what is really important. I believe Bethenny is doing just that by us seeing part of her therapy sessions. My only concern for this newest role model is that she loses sight of her family and decides to ride the ego train of fame (a lesson that Jill Zarin apparently is not ready to learn.) All I can say to Bethenny is, "keep it real!" and we will watch. Also, there does not have to be a hoebag remark in every episode to keep us watching!
