Tiger Woods Pulls Out with Bulging ...
Tiger Woods withdrew from the prestigious Players Championship Sunday, citing an injury and saying he's "been playing with a bad back for about a month."
The problem is reportedly a bulging disk in his upper back.
After taking several months off for sex addiction rehab following the revelations of his serial cheating on Elin Woods, Tiger's return began promisingly enough.
He finished fourth at April's Masters, but missed the cut at last week's Quail Hollow Championship, and then pulled out of The Players Championship Sunday.
Call it the Curse of Joslyn James.
Woods did not indicate how long the back problem may sideline him.
Naturally, given the events of the past several months, when you here "Tiger Woods," "pulling out" and "bulging" in any context, one's mind ends up in the gutter.
Perhaps it was little surprise, then, that even The Golf Channel turned into the Spice Channel Sunday when a reporter made an X-rated faux pas about the injury.
Reporter Win McMurry got Woods' sore neck confused with the part of his anatomy more closely associated with bulging ... and his now-infamous marital woes.
Hey, the words are only one letter apart ...

IN MY OPINION, TIGER WOODS HAS HURT HIS GOLFING CAREER ALMOST BEYOND REPAIR. THIS "BULGING" WHATEVER IT IS, IS NO MORE THAN AN EXCUSE FOR HIS POOR GOLF GAME PLAYING. I THINK HE HAS DONE A PRETTY GOOD JOB OF DESTROYING HIS CAREER AS WELL AS HIS MARRIAGE. I FEEL REALLY SORRY FOR ELIN AND THE CHILDREN. HE IS "NOT" A LOVING, RESPONSIBLE PARENT. IF HE WAS HE WOULD NOT HAVE LIVED HIS LIFE IN SUCH A SELFISH, UNETHICAL WAY. I HOPE ELIN WILL FIND HAPPINESS AND A MATE WHO WILL REALLY LOVE HER AND TREAT HER NOT ONLY WITH LOVE, BUT RESPECT AND HONOR.

Fred Couples has a back pain problem which led to him withdrawing in Players Championship 2010... Fred has that back pain problem for a while and sometimes has to wear non-golfer shoes in tournaments... David Love III has neck problems which he said sometimes gave him a tinkling sensation in his fingers .. Anthony Kim has a thumb problem which needs a surgery... I hate to say it that golfers may look like a lovely easy job but I think , like many athletes, have their own set of physical hurdle as well as mental stress... Their "money" may look to some people as easy to earn, but really not so... Just watch a PGA round.... Some golfers get their round at 7 to 8 am and they need to practice and warm up a bit before competing, plus they need to have their commute to the golf club as well as a breakfast with enough energy... All these meant they need to get out of their bed at possibly 5 am if their tee time is 7 to 8 am... The 5 hrs round may mean to some golfers (depending on their t

Any Orthopedist will tell you a back problem REQUIRES a whole set
of new Rehab sessions to re-learn 'how to play safely' to not
aggrivate the problem.

How the hell do you get injured playing golf?
Come on Tiger stop making excuses for your poor play, be a man and finish what you started.

The funny thing is I actually thought the same thing when I heard about the bulging disk. Clearly Golf Channel anchors are as immature and depraved as the rest of the general public.
