Jason Wahler Will Do Time
Jason Wahler will soon be behind bars, if anyone cares.
The ex-star of MTV's The Hills pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher stemming from his March DUI arrest.
In exchange for his plea, prosecutors dropped another misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, but he's not out of the woods.
Far from it.
The 23-year-old ex of Lauren Conrad will do time behind bars for his transgression, which was hardly the first of its kind. Dude gets arrested like all the time.

Per Farrah Emami, spokeswoman for the Orange County D.A.'s Office, the reality TV dumbass bad boy was subsequently sentenced to a stint in county jail, three years' probation and three months in a first-offender alcohol program.
First offender? Did they read the wrong file?
He'll also have to pay some fines and court fees after getting nailed behind the wheel in Newport Beach, Calif., just days after he spent time across the border in a Cabo San Lucas lockup after getting into a fight at a nightclub.
It was his sixth drinking-related arrest in five states and two countries. Now that's something even DMX or Pete Doherty would have to give J-Wahl props for.

So I am go to dinner with my girlfriend and her family. As we are going to the restaurant this @ss pulls up next to us in his black SUV and starts saying he is going to kick our ass for flipping him off. First off the guy is obviously drunk, second off we are with family so there is no way would have done that in front of them. Well he decides to follow us about hour miles towards our destination so my girlfriend’s brother decides to call the cops and report him. We pull into the underground parking garage and as we are getting out my girlfriend fills me in that this D-bag was famous. As we are walking to the restaurant the guy that was following us is walking down into the parking garage. He had parked his vehicle got out and came down into the parking garage to confront us. He wasn’t interested in me he just wanted to fight my girlfriend’s brother. I got between the two and after several minutes of Jason Wahler running his mouth to us the cops show up. Thank god because

Hmmm 6th drinking related arrest and he's only doing time now??? That's the "we cater to the famous ppl" judicial system. What a tool. LC wasted a summer on him when she could have been in Paris.

that show has screwed up those young people's lives...they may have a little bit of dough (for now)...but their self image's are all whacked out...the lack of morals and the ability to make conscious decisions is amuck in "The Hills"
