Glee Star on Britney Spears Episode: Pass!
Would you like to see an all-Britney episode of Glee?
After a 13.5 million viewers tuned in to the hit show's Madonna-themed episode April 20, Britney Spears' manager, Adam Leber, began a campaign for a Brit equivalent.
In a blatant attempt to capitalize on Glee's popularity and have his client associated with it, he Tweeted, "Do you guys want to see a Britney Spears episode of Glee?"
Glee spoiler alert: It's not happening anytime soon.
Asked about the possibility recently, Glee cast member Matthew Morrison said: "That's a rumor her manager started. I hope our show doesn't go along that route."
Matthew Morrison gleefully tells it like it is.
Ouch! But hey, you gotta give Matt, who also knocked Justin Bieber down a peg recently, props for being honest. A Britney episode wouldn't fly for many reasons.
She lacks the raw number of hits as Madonna or raw singing talent of a Lady Gaga. Breathy mouthing of sexual double entendres does not a Glee episode make.
Seriously, listen to Britney's version of "Telephone." Case? Rested.

well done cherry! absolutely loved that coment,britney is by far the best and all her fans want to c a glee episode tributed to her they know they would make millions of it they would be fools not to,as for telephone i totaly agree that britneys is better,p.s all ugly gaga did was copy brit style of singing it and added fatty beyonce to it they both suck if u ask me :)

Thanks guys for being support for my one and only idolk britney spears...we all know that she mades the whole world amazing!!!and we know that she can perform on glee soon successfuly,,,cause she is amazing,,,about the ugly rumors...or whatever gossip...britney spears can't stand infront of millions of crowds if she has no talent...rigth?what the hell they says??????we love you britney!!!

All I have to say is THANK YOU MATT MORRISON! I cringed the first time I heard the absurd idea of a Britney episode. I'm sorry but none of her music is worthy of a Glee episode. I hope Ryan Murphy comes to his senses and says no to the preposterous notion.

hey. madonna episode was good. but britney is way better than gaga. yeah! i agree with chery. britney's version is better than gaga. and britney has much more popular songs than gaga. gaga has only telephone, and britney has so much more. and britney is amazing..

To be honest, I thought the madonna episode wasn't too good and I would LOVE a britney episode, plus I will be able to sing along to EVERY ONE song that would be on there.
She is amazing :)

Not to mention Britney's the best selling female artist of the decade and fun fact Madonna love her and gaga worships her so sit your dumb ass down. Besides the director of Glee already said he loves britney and wants to do it. Oh and Rolling stone just wrote an article stating the obvious, Britney's version of Telephone owns gaga's.
