Alexis Neiers Jailed in Celeb "Bling Ring" Case

An 18-year-old who pursued fame on a reality TV show after being prosecuted for her role in the "bling ring" celebrity burglary case was sentenced to six months in jail.

Alexis Neiers was a relatively minor player in the ring - also termed the Burglar Bunch - but took a bigger role when her arrest coincided with production of Pretty Wild.

That E! show depicts Alexis and her two sisters growing up in the fast lane in suburban Los Angeles as aspiring starlets ... and apparently, robbers. Nice work, ladies!

Neiers will be also placed on three years probation and must pay restitution to Orlando Bloom, whose home was burglarized by Neiers and several others, police said.

Dressed in a black blazer, designer jeans and white shoes, Alexis stood with a sullen expression in court. She was given a two-year suspended sentence for the crime.

Bloom was among a dozen high-profile celebrities - including Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge and Rachel Bilson - targeted in 2008 and 2009 by the ring.

The troubled teens were somehow able to steal millions in valuables before getting caught. Nick Prugo was the first of the tools to be thrown in the shed.

    You guys are so fucking stupid, She's compeltely innocent, and even if she did do it (which she DID NOT) Stop leaving nasty comments, you guys literally have nothing else to do except call her a cunt and saying they should burn in hell. It's pathetic. Give it up, this family not be the most perfect, but atleast they love each other, everyone makes mistakes, give her a break, she's innocent, and ya all just got to deal with it.     These girls have so much money--they should be aspiring for a top notch college education in preparation for a solid future and business opportunites, and instead, one is a criminal and another showers naked and flashes her breasts on reality TV. And like prior comments have stated, what's so sick is that the mother is encouraging this bad behavior that refelects so poorly on their images. In fact, she acts like a complete crazy person. It's very sad because they are pretty, wealthy girls with so much potential and have all kinds of opportunities that most of us only dream about. Instead, they choose to live like complete trash--with, unbelievably, parental encouragement and guidance! Someone please call the CPS for the youngest 16 year old! I saw on one horrible episode where there is a stripper pole in the house--the mother "demonstrated" her moves, along with the two older daughters, to impress their dates. Shouldn't that be enough?
