Frenchy, the fact is that Jon is rarely at home with the kids...lol...and he doesn't have a job, he just doesn't want to make time in his playboy schedule for them. Kate is always doing things with and for the children, as well as daily care for them. She doens't parade them for the pap's like Jon does (which is done rarely, as he is never around & apparently done for face time)

Jon made mistakes in the past but he really cares about his kids...Even when Kate is at home, we don't really see her have quality time with them...Go for Jon all the way!
