Alexander Skarsgaard proved a few things at Saturday's Coachella Music Festival:

1. He's hot.
2. He's chivalrous.
3. He's totally dating Kate Bosworth.

The True Blood star was actually restrained by police at the event, after he took action against a photographer that was taking shots of him and Bosworth. The two have been a rumored item since October 2009.

Eventually, Skarsgard was calmed down by an officer before the situation escalated. No arrests were made.

Earlier in the evening, witnesses spotted Skarsgard giving Bosworth a ride on his shoulders. Later that night, we're guessing she returned the favor with a ride of a different kind!
