Did Dr. Conrad Murray Conspire with Baby Mama?

Detectives obtained a search warrant in November and searched a Gmail account belonging to Nicole Alvarez, a woman who had a child with Dr. Conrad Murray.
Murray was staying with her in Santa Monica up until the time Jackson died (June 25, 2009), and police sought records from May through September of last year.
Essentially, detectives wanted to know what Dr. Murray was saying to Nicole Alvarez for two months before and two months after the music star's untimely death.
Was Dr. Conrad Murray trying to cover his tracks?
An affidavit mentions a "shipment" Murray may have discussed with Alvarez. Officials believe Dr. Murray had Propofol sent from a Las Vegas pharmacy to Alvarez.
He faces involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of Jackson.
At the center of the prosecution's case are not only Murray's actions that day, but contradictory statements and omissions of facts in statements made to officials.

1 pill bottle with 13 tablets containing 25 mg ephedrine, 200 mg caffeine, 80 mg aspirin
4 vials propofol 200mg/20ml
2 vials 5 mg flumazenil
1 vial lorazepam
1 vial lidocane
200mg vials of propofol (1 full, 1 1/4 full)
1 empty bag I.V. drip of sodium chloride with syringe
1 ziplock bag containing 18 tubes of Benoquin
Interesting to note that they found a canvas bag, which MJ bodyguard Alberto Alvarez (no relation) told cops Dr. Murray told him to put vials of Propofol in.

michael had been telling people that evildoers were plotting to kill him a while before his death. his instincts told him he was being poisoned, but apparently didn't realize it was the fool he chose as his doc.
