Adam Lambert to Kick Off New Round of Unplugged Episodes

Get your DVRs ready, Adam Lambert fans.

On March 10, the singer will kick off a new round of Unplugged on VH1. The original series debuted on MTV in 1989. It features artists in an intimate setting, surrounded by audience members, and singing acoustic versions of their hits.

Memorable past performances on the concert special include Mariah Carey (1992), 10,000 Maniacs (1993) and Lauryn Hill (2002).

Lambert's installment will be the first of eight new episodes, which will also highlight Phoenix (on MTV), The Script (on VH1) and Reba McEntire (on CMT). Take a look at the following shot of Lambert going Unplugged...

** The concert was taped on March 10 and will air on April 9.

i watching the videos almost the whole night then they disappeared this morning, don't excite please, we want them back!

Well .. I for one am taking NO chance of MISSING this program. I canNOT find it in my local listing SOOOOOOOOOOO I am going to watch VH1 ALL NIGHT IF NECESSARY!! WHY is it not listed in the TV guide on my TV screen? Like I said ... I'm camping out in front of the TV from 5PM until it is aired. What kind of programming is this for ADAM's FANS? Come on VH1 ... give us a break!!

I can't wait to see this but can't seem to find the timeslot it is in. Anyone have an idea when it is airing on March 10th?

His voice is such a beautiful instrument. He knows it totally and is master of it. I love the hard driving rock pulse music with a passion, but his unplugged versions brings tears to my eyes (except WLL, that's an entirely different story!)

OMG! I can't wait to see more unplugged versions of Adam's songs he's so amazing!! his voice is a treasure, indeed, and his personality is amazing! I just love so much, he let me drooling all the time :)

Adam Lambert seems to be the hot new commodity. I must say, he sure can sing. I've never heard a voice as good as his.

Good News. Can't wait. Lambert unplugged is indeed a treat - cuz the dude can SING. Love the WHOLE Lambert package, absolutely, but don't need it, don't crave it - like I crave the voice and the raw talent shining through his instrument. He just BRINGS IT every time, every performance, big or small - and I'm addicted to that.
