Heidi really looks beautiful, but I don't think it's fair for women to have a "falsely created look", with the opportunity to pose for Playboy. The magazine should focus on women who are beautiful and natural.

just look at her. she's practically more plastic than a living, breathing human. people get plastic surgery done for the sake of boosting their confidence but she overdoes it. When i look at her, all i see is... just fake. she might as well go ahead and be a mannequin for a clothes shop--i don't think anyone would notice with her awesomely fake boobs. i'm a girl who just happened to chanced upon this ridiculous aritcle, therefore i would proudly proclaim that i am NOT turned on. i haven even heard of her, being an Asian myself. Maybe she does this for a boost of popularity. maybe she was trying to achieve perfection. I'm sorry, but you were perfect before you overdone it. Good luck, heidi, and keep on looking fake

I remember seeing the REAL Heidi Montag. Remember? Right now, she's a clump of liposuction and plastic. I liked when she was natural.

for those of you who says she's hot.. your just as ridiculous as she is. yeah sure maneqins are hot too. but their not real. if beauty is judged by whats within like she sopposedly says.. shes effin ugly. and even with all her plastic surgery her face is far from pretty.
