He even didn't make bad response to eminem, why Susn Boyle? insulting other people is not a mistake, it's something about character. He is not that kind of human being. It's just not Adam. But I just have to say that any parent worth their salt would not have allowed their under 14/15 year old children anywhere near the AMA's - what a transparent load of bunk! Even if children followed Lambert on A.I., any parent who is not on AUTO-PILOT knows that the AMA's are historically and traditionally a very risque show - well known fact! And if parents didn't know this - there's this little thing called the internet - it would have taken about 15 minutes of invistigating to determine that the AMA's was not a show for the under 15ish year old crowd - just plain and simple. Parents asleep at the wheel is not the concern of entertainers. Whether or not it should be is another conversation - but the music industry is full of uber sexy displays, so lay your digust at the feet of the entire music industry if you must, that I might support more

Adam has said it himself: he will sometimes open his mouth and insert his foot...ssometimes both feet. If he was misquoted, he should say so because trashing other performers is just not cool..not to mention that I, as an Adam fan, also bought Susan Boyle's c.d. and I personally like her Wild Horses a whole lot better than that dopey Strut. Maybe Susan Boyle will record Broken Open, which is by far and away the best song on FYE.

Great article.
Adam is not perfect, no doubt. He can hate something just like we can. Its the publicized aspect of his statements, the fact that he caked on the mud when he knew it would be publicized that made me cringe. Its his fault. He should have been more careful with his choice of words when in the spotlight. You can still hate something and be nice about it.
Adam never provided the actual qoute or actual statement he uttered after he faintly admitted he was misqouted. Yah right! Misquoted my arse. Bend over now Adam. You know you said most of that and the content was the SAME.

Great post. I'm a huge fan, but sometimes the "Glamberts" need a reality check. Adam isn't perfect. I think it's okay for us fans to refute articles - which very often are factually inaccurate, or needlessly volatile, but sometimes things are taken too far. There's a way to correct people sanely. When you start attacking people for their opinions on Adam's opinions...it kind of pisses people off. You want Adam to have the same liberties as everyone else, but then not extend those liberties to those who have an opinion on Adam? Doesn't make sense. And ultimately, it's beginning to reflect him. Who the hell wants to be an open fan of someone when his fans are universally known as nutjobs? There's stans, and then there's crazy ass MFers, and unfortunately, Adam's picked up a lot of the latter along the way. If you REALLY care about Adam, you guys really need to take a step back. He is a man of extreme courage, honesty and integrity. But there is no cure for people's ignorance and lack of emotional intelligence. That is why I will defend Adam (and all those who are at the mercy of this type of person) every chance I get. Proud to be a Canadian.

Thank you for changing the headline. I felt is was rather suggestive and unwarranted. I agree, however, with some of the points you made with reference to Adam's fans (some,not all). They do appear to have a profuse protectiveness with anything that is "Adam". Personally, I don't feel it's necessary but at the same time I, somewhat, understand the why of it on occasions. That being said I like his voice and the entertainer he is. What he does and says in his personal life has no bearing on my enjoyment of his music. So live and let live, I say, it's not that deep.

You will not quiet a homophobic movement by ignoring it. You are enabling it. Just like the teacher that wants to put the victim of bullying in another classroom instead of punishing the bully! You want Adam's fans to chill out, yet you would give the homophobes an open pass to write horrible things without anyone addressing it. Yeah, that would teach them. NO WAY! Adam Lambert's fans see an extraordinarily gifted singer, who is hot and sexy as well as kind, sweet and witty. (so no, we have no need to treat him like a child) We do have a need to stand up to the homophobes and the articles that would spread lies, and negativity. The title of your article was negative. So sometimes it is hard to get passed that. Thank you for your supporting articles. Adam Lambert deserves them. Adam grew up with rock and roll. Most people read only that and make bad, inaccurate judgement calls based on your need to have a glorified headline SO don't get all defensive when you play that pathetic game.
