Enough with the bashing and the hating (life is so friggin' short...focus on the positives)...it has been proven time and again that Adam is misquoted or that things are taken out of context. Adam does not pull people down (he supports them)...not his style. But apparently TheHollywoodGossip it is your style.

We KNOW you covered the fact that he says he was misquoted! My problem personally is that you, in the title of the story presents is as a fact. Who is to say that he "rips into Susan Boyle"?? He says it was MISQOTED! Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? What happened to giving him the benifit of the doubt? Especially considdering how much you supposedly like, support and defend him! I'm not saying you shouldn't publish the story, all I am saying is that you could have done with a little bit of class, dignity and respect instead of trashing a man you claim to like and respect because it makes it more scandalous and sensational if you do. So I see everybody is jumping on this non story to get hits for their sites, to sell ragmags, etc.
The press is clearly intoxicated with the $$$ to be made from even the slightest mention of Adam Lambert.
The publication has a negative history with Adam, the British press is RAMPANT with cases of fabrication and/or manipulation of celebs words, Adam has stated that he was misquoted, but some peabrains swallow whatever the press feeds them. LOL.
Adam has had many opportunities to bash other artists as he is often baited to do so in interviews, and has NEVER taken the bait. He will be honest and say their music isn't to his taste, which is fine (he says the same about his music not being to everyone's taste), but every time he's been baited he has shown admirable restraint.
For crying out loud, Eminem called him a racial slur and he held back and took the high road.
Celebs are nothing but ducks in a shooting gallery for the tabloid press. Put the guns down already and get wise

Adam did not say those things...that is so "not Adam!" Adam has only had good things to say about others, whether they are outselling him or not makes no difference. He would never deliberately hurt or belittle ANYONE!! He has proven over and over again to be supportive of others, even his competition. He is a fan of many other artists and supports them wholeheartedly.
It is such a shame that someone slurs his name in this absolute misquote. He is so very good to others he does not deserve to be treated in this manner. I wish Adam and Susan both the success and happiness they deserve.

All I can say is this - If Adam says he was misquoted I believe that 100%. He doesn't go around making excuses for himself, or lying about what he thinks, and he certainly isn't mean spirited or disrespectful when talking about other people. Quite the opposite! He defended Kris when many people were attacking him, saying he didn't deserve to win and that unfair play was the only reason he did. He always made it very clear that he was very happy for him, that no conspiracy or ill-will was behind him not getting the title, and that Kris deserved it 100%. He hasn't even been bated by reporters wanting to make fun of Barbara Walters, or asking him about the controversy because of his AMA-performance. The only one he has even hinted at not liking was Clay Aken, who in all fainess was very disrespectful in his comment about Adam. He has never allowd himself to stoop to that level, and I believe that if he did, as everyone human is capable of, he would own it. He might say he didn't mean it

All you haters....as a huge Adam Lambert fan, I can tell you that he never said anything this harsh about Susan Boyle. He is a very kind, considerate person. He would never bash another artist the way it's being portrayed in the media! It's so wrong the way people want to hurt him. He doesn't deserve it. I am in the camp that media sensationalizes and mis-quotes to create hits and/or get attention at the expense of those they write about. I don't see those exact words as something he would use to talk about others - just not his character if you have followed him for almost a year. Can I believe he doesn't care for the song, yes... Like or dislike either Adam or Susan - to each their own...
No matter the context, it was not about Susan personally and to see media using a questionable quote as if it was fact when it has been suggested it is a mis-quote is not, in my opinion, doing due diligence but rather further spewing tabloid gossip. I want to see the day when media actually does their own homework rather than just copying such gossip...

And, yes, I said Susan Boyle was ugly. Sue me. That's the ENTIRE reason she's famous! Britain's Got Talent judges reacted the same exact way and then were simply shocked that someone who resembles her could have a great voice. The world was captivated by her due to her looks.
I know it feels comfy to sit on your high horse, but, yes, Susan Boyle is considered unattractive by absolutely anyone that looks at her and answers honestly. She's a great singer and seemingly a great person, but stop inflating your own sense of self-worth by thumbing your nose at someone who simply responds directly to Boyle's superficial appearance.

No way this is true! I have heard every interview Adam has done and this sounds nothing like him! He is a very positive person and always goes out of his way to say something nice, and makes a habit of promoting other artists. Besides Adam has already disputed this on his twitter stating that he was misquoted…and if he sounds nonchalant about it, it’s probably because he has to deal with this kind of crap repeatedly.
I have met him and he is very sweet…and far from a diva! When I was walking up to him he said, “Oh, I love your outfit!”….HE complimented ME!!! This was at a backstage meet and greet where I watched him interact with his fans for almost an hour, so I am speaking of his character from personal experience.
Just because it’s in print on the internet, it’s the gospel? Yeah, right! Every media source that has picked up on this “story” and ran with it needs to make a retraction and issue Adam an apology!

Most importantly, the supposed interview was published in a British magazine and the wording is in UK English. There is nothing American English about the wording. The article also includes a glaring error - that Adam was #2 in the charts to Susan. Did they forget Andrea Bocelli? I'm pretty certain
