Adam should be careful in his statements with the press and his actions on video. First, he kissed a guy on the lips on national TV then he castigated a girl for talking on her celphone while he's singing and now he said Susan Boyle's version is sacriligeous. He's been explaining his actions too much recently when all they've been showing is he's just too full of himself. And he's not even a superstar.

@Sandy. Your citing Madonna as an example of toning it down after children is interesting. A 51-year old woman with 4 children to take care of is photographed making out with her 22 year old boy toy. Niiice!!!

I do believe he was grossly misquoted because the phrase "it was horrible" just does not sound like something he would EVER say about another artist. And as for all this coverage of the interview and statement, it just proves Adam is a megastar because bloggers know it will get hits.

Well, I have to agree with his indecent behavior, and his comments may be revealing more than meets the eye. He does owe an apology for his racy AMA performance...period. It's clear this is not acceptable. Am in the promoting business. He needs a new manager, and a new make-up artist.

Adam has already said that he was misquoted. This is clearly taken out of context and does not reflect what he actually said or believes. "Hollywood Gossip" is trying to create drama where there was none. Adam is a wonderful, honest person who exudes love and light. I am sure that he is telling the truth about this.

Lambert should be able to give an opinion without you guys turning him into a national pariah. That's all it is - an opinion. He didn't murder anybody.

Very interesting story/ rumors or misquotes. Anyway, both artists seem to have some sort of shock value, don't they? That makes them interesting in the eye of the public. While Susan Boyle turned out to be a worldwide sensation given her looks and contrasting angelic voice Adam Lambert has the "It" factor that many have been waiting for. I personally prefer Adam given his looks, talent, keen sense of humor and openness. I absolutely love the whole package and it sounds kind of fishy to me that he would make disrespectful remarks toward another artist. His light-hearted, humorous nature may have just been misinterpreted.

Feel free to continue embarrassing yourself with your ignorance.
Your children must be so proud.
Good luck when they reach the age when they can leave home. You won't see them for dust.

Adam has been misquoted which is something that happens on a regular basis in the entertainment industry. Adam Lambert is not a person who is into bashing others. He respects susan Boyle
as an artist. Though he may not like her cd because it is not his style of music, It does not make him a monster, this is just his personal opinion. It is not Adam ripping into susan as the media has portrayed.

Reading this from a British perspective is hilarious.
The ridiculous homophobia in the 21st century, the support for the distinctly average Susan Boyle. It's absurd.

"The problem with queers like you is that you have no respect for innocent children! We should make you all register as sex offenders."
I suppose it has escaped the attention of someone as clearly ignorant as you that 99% of sex offenders offend against children of the opposite sex. How does that make them homosexual?

"I don't have a problem with queers, just when they prance on stage and simulate oral sex, and kiss guys on a family tv show"
So do you have a problem with women simulating oral sex on stage (Madonna, Pink, JLo .....)? Do you have a problem with women kissing each other on TV (Madonna/Britney/Christina)?
Family TV show? The AMAs? On which family TV show do you get people performing with Kalashnikovs, so much swearing that large parts of the show are virtually morse code and a performer boasting about numerous rape charges?

@Granny
Yes, of course, darling!
I'm aure Susan could be in the SUPPORTING CAST of and show but if you think that wouldn't be a comedown after a multimillion selling album and being a household name, I don't know what parallel universe you live in. Many of the contestants on these shows, including Adam, have been exactly that. How does being one after being on the show qualify as the ultimate achievement?
As for Adam being a nobody in a couple of years' time, dream on, sweetie. Anyone in the industry can tell you that this guy will be the biggest thing to emerge from a talent show on the international stage. Unfortunately Americans live in a bubble where they think that the rest of the world thinks like they do. Over 70% of SuBo's sales have been in America. In her own country, she has sold less than a quarter of what she has in America and sales in the UK are much higher per head of the population than they are in America. She's seen as a joke by the UK media and most

Ok, It is time for this site to shut this topic down. We have an organized group of haters here who are determined to hurt Adam. He hasn't hit anyone, gotten a DUI, been in rehab, etc! But he expressed an opinion about a song arrangement! He didn't diss Susan Boyle as a person. But you people sure thin it's ok to diss Adam as a person. What if Susan Boyle had criticized an arrangement of Adam's? No one one have said a thing, and the media could have cared less. Any Adam story is exploited, at his expense, for hits. So cruel to do this to this talented young man. Far more cruel than anything Adam has said or not said! Such a sad commentary on the nature of hate.

This quote was writen in UK english and this site has been harsh to Adam in the past. Adam twitted he was misquoted, too bad he did NOT say what a lot of Rolling Stone fans think of SuBo as I do agree that SuBo Wild Horses was a joke! Wild Horses was written by Mick Jagger and is a Rolling Stone song and not a crooning song!

Those words were put in ADAM's mouth. It's absolutely OUT of CHARACTER. That is NOT who ADAM is. Better read LA Times. A Brit poster said those words were in British English and have been used before in the same gay magazine slamming SB's CD which are now attributed to ADAM. It also quoted ADAM saying he is 27, which is not a fact. Another wrong quotation. It is simply NOT consistent with who ADAM is nor his track record. No way.

To add a side note, the only articles I am finding on this issue are from gossip magazines. No, they've never done this before...
Concerning Adam Lambert, he is becoming used to this kind of thing. Popular celebrities usually have to do this. Many don't even read tabloid fodder.

The LA Times has a great article about this. It is a must read. They defend and support Adam with accurate facts and humor. Adam didn't attack Susan, he just didn't like the arrangement of Wild Horse. I have never seen an artist, in recent history, attacked like Adam has been. He is a kind and big-hearted man with loads of talent and charisma. Yes, he probably should have kept his opinions to himself. Adam is honest to a fault. He never means to hurt anyone's feelings. Could someone cut him a break already!
