Jon is not able to control Kate now. I don't care if he is in the news. He has as much right as all the others stupid "stars" we see being photographed. He just can't get paid to have his picture taken. TLC is his big daddy and they control him.

Here's a novel idea. All media should completely refrain from giving this guy any form of publicity. I bet he just loves seeing himself in the news/tabloids constantly. If we just ignored him, maybe he'd go away.
