I think she looks great, but she looked just as good before; she didn't need plastic surgery to be pretty. I feel bad that all these people out there are desensitised to plastic surgery and feel the need to go under the knife to feel pretty. If it's something like a nose issue, or something about your lips that really truly makes you feel uncomfortable, then go for it, but if it's not that big of deal then don't do it. Be yourself, and if people don't like that, then they're not worth it.
